How to Export a Test as PDF starts with a clear learning objective, an audience and an intended delivery format. A printable test and a standalone HTML quiz need different layouts, but both benefit from a reusable question bank.
Prepare the material
List the topics and skills that should actually be assessed. For example, prepare a short classroom quiz. Each question needs clear wording, a score, a difficulty label and a category. Closed questions also need correct choices and a concise explanation.
Build it in Quiz.podziel.pl
- Choose a template or a blank project.
- Add questions manually or import CSV/XLSX.
- Review question types, scoring and correct answers.
- Set randomization, the number of versions and a repeatable seed.
- Run the checker and resolve the reported issues.
- Export the student version, answer key and answer sheet.
Quality checks
Read the test exactly as the learner will see it. Make sure the correct answer is not revealed by length, grammar or position. Compare total scores and difficulty distribution across A, B, C and D versions.
Privacy and limitations
Data is processed locally. A standalone HTML file can work offline, but its answers cannot be completely hidden from somebody who inspects the file source. Extended written responses require manual scoring.
Common mistakes
- questions without a correct answer;
- too many nearly identical questions;
- unequal version scores;
- missing image alt text;
- insufficient time for open responses.
